If a candidate is hired through this tool, that means our platform is doing its job! Whether you hire one employee or ten using our tool, the monthly subscription fee is the same. 

Our clients use this tool in various ways. Some clients enlist Drive Talent’s recruiting services for very specific or hard-to-fill roles, and then supplement additional hiring needs with our search tool to assist their internal recruiting efforts.

 This search tool is employer-driven, meaning initial contact to candidates is driven by the internal recruiter who owns the job.
