A person who will create his / her profile on the portal to search for the jobs, this person profile will only be available on the portal by the admin of the drive talent. The candidate gets an invitation to apply and fill out a profile, Drive Talent team reaches out to have a conversation to verify/add more details to the profile. If the profile meets the quality criteria, the candidate gets added to the database and their profile becomes public for the Enterprise.
